Join us for this workshop-style class, focused on myofascial release and restorative poses designed to help relieve chronic pain, stress, and tension in your body. Myofascial work, for newbies to this technique, uses a tennis ball and some self-massage techniques to apply sustained pressure to deep connective tissue in order to help restore blood flow and mobility to the area. 

You'll leave this class feeling massaged from the inside out, and totally rejuvenated. Athletes of all types will benefit greatly from this class, as well as anyone with specific areas of tightness or pain.

Join us Thanksgiving morning for a special seek gratitude flow class. We'll stretch, flow, sweat, set intentions, and send you into your holiday celebrations feeling grateful you showed up. Class will be structured like our classic SEEK Flow and open to all levels. Bring your friends and family - just make sure everyone is signed up ahead of time. 

In celebration of Thanksgiving this will be a donation-based class. All proceeds will go the Road Home and the YWCA of Salt Lake.

We will also be collecting hats, coats, gloves and other outerwear to donate to local shelters. We encourage everyone to bring an item or more to donate.

Join us for a pre-feast sweat session before your festivities begin. A quick 30 minute total body workout, this class will get you strong, sweaty, and ready for a day with family and friends. We'll use weights, bands, and body weight movements, and cardio bursts to work you from head to toe. Please bring your mat - no shoes required.

The Roots: Intro to Yoga

New to yoga? Feeling lost in our faster-flowing classes? Want to take a little time to truly learn the core poses of a vinyasa flow?

This new class is your jam!

Called “The Roots,” this intro class is a slower and softer version of the yoga classes we offer, but it will still get you strong and sweaty! It is great practice for those who are NEW to yoga looking to focus on the roots of yoga postures and breathing techniques. We also encourage all you experienced practitioners out there to join us to hone in on your yoga skills. We will break down complicated poses like chaturanga, strengthen muscles you didn’t know you had, and get you nice and bendy so you can get out there and conquer life!

Join us on Sundays from 3-4pm for the next 6 weeks.

Glow Flow with DJ HyFi

We are turning the lights out and the music up for this special GLOW FLOW class with DJ HyFi. This class will be held in place of our regularly scheduled Antidote, with a time shift to ensure we have a dark studio atmosphere. Doors will open at 7:00pm. We will provide glow paint and sticks, so you can come get your glow on before you flow. Light colored attire (your best 80's inspired outfit would be killer) is also recommend. 

Class will be "Antidote-style" from 7:30-8:30pm with high vibes, good times, and deep beats. With the help of DJ HyFi the sensory experience of this class will be unlike anything you've experienced on your mat.

This is an all levels workshop for anyone wanting to deepen their practice (yoga and beyond!) with a better understanding of arm balancing postures. We will take a look at useful techniques to strengthen and prepare the body for these challenging, yet invigorating poses!
