BOOking + Cancellation POLICIES

General Booking:

SIGN UP

We kindly request that all clients sign up for class ahead of time. Pre-registration will ensure you have a guaranteed spot in class, and will help us keep our check in process quick and simple.

You can sign up for classes up to 2 weeks ahead of the current date. We do not allow bookings beyond 2 weeks out in order to minimize cancellations and ensure all clients have an opportunity to book classes within a reasonable time window.

Please sign up for class at least 30 minutes ahead of time through our website or app. If you do not already have a pass or membership, you will be prompted to pay for class ahead of time as well.

Then check your class bookings in your account to ensure you are properly signed up!

SHOW UP

We have limited space in every class. If you are signed up for class, one of these spots has been reserved for you! Show up for class you signed up for, or cancel your reservation so we can free up a space for a waitlisted individual.

In order to start on time and ensure every student is safely set up for class, we do not allow late arrivals. If you are not present at the start time of class, you will not be permitted to attend class.

NEW clients must be present at least 10 minutes prior to their first class so we have time to ensure you are familiar with our equipment. If a new client is not present and ready to be set up for class at least 2 minutes prior to class, they will not be permitted to attend class.

We charge a $20 no-show fee to all clients who do not show up (and have not given cancellation notice) for a registered class.

CANCELLATION

If you cannot make it to class, please cancel your reservation at least 6 hours ahead of time for all classes starting after 9am and 12 hours ahead of time for all classes that start before 9am. All Saturday morning classes also have a 12 hour cancellation period. Cancellations within these late cancellation windows will result in a late cancellation fee of $10. Late cancellation fees apply to ALL passes and memberships, including introductory passes.

If you are feeling sick or have other justified circumstances for your late cancellation we will forgive your late cancellation fee - just text or email us with a short explanation so we can open your space for another student and make note of your exemption.

How our waitlist works

When you are signing up for classes, you may see the following notifications on the schedule:

Waitlist only

This means class has waitlist room only. We have 5 waitlist spots for every class. When you sign up for a waitlist spot you have the chance of securing a spot in class if/when someone else cancels.

If a spot opens up in class up to ONE HOUR ahead of class, you will be automatically moved from the waitlist into class and you will receive an email notification regarding your class confirmation.

If you are on a waitlist, it is your responsibility to check your email or the status of your booking via our app. If you are moved into class and do not show up, you will be responsible for our no-show fee. Please be conscious of this when committing to waitlist spots, we know the “unknown” factor of waitlists can be challenging for some, but we offer this option for those who are committed to showing up when the opportunity opens up. Thank you!

Class Full

The (full) notification means the class and the 5 waitlist spots are full and we cannot accept any more reservations for this class. Try booking your class a little further ahead of time to avoid this!

Cancellation + Waitlist FAQ’s

 
  • Log into your account here. Click on “View All Bookings”. Click “Cancel” next to the class you are cancelling. Confirm your cancellation in the pop up window by clicking “Yes, Cancel”. The class will be removed from your “upcoming” classes, and will show up in your “past classes” section. If you cancel outside of the cancellation window, you will see “free canc.” next to that class. If you cancel within the cancellation window, you will see “late canc.” next to that class and will be charged a $10 fee.

  • If you are moved from the waitlist into class up to 6 hours before class starts, you will receive an email confirmation, as well as a text message notification. If a spot in class becomes available within 6 hours of class, all clients on this waitlist will receive an email and text message notification to claim this last minute spot. In this circumstance the spot is first come, first serve so check your email and claim the spot quickly!

    If you do not receive any notification, we have not been able to book you into class. All waitlist bookings will be automatically returned/nullified if not booked into class.

  • Automatic movement from the waitlist into class happens up to one hour ahead of class time.

    If you are on a waitlist and know you can no longer make it to class, please remove yourself from the waitlist (same process as cancellation described above). You are responsible for your waitlist booking and are expected to show up for class and adhere to our general cancellation policies if you are moved from the waitlist into class.

  • Please text or email us a short note explaining the circumstances and we will void/refund your cancellation fee. We know sh*t happens, and we certainly don’t want you showing up sick, injured or otherwise unable to enjoy class. Thanks!

Membership + Class Pack Policies

Membership

All memberships have an initial 3 month commitment period. During this time memberships cannot be cancelled.

At any point, membership levels can be changed and memberships can be put on temporary holds by contacting us directly. Membership holds must be communicated via email at least 1 week in advance and must be at least 3 weeks and no more than 9 months in duration.

Class Packages

5, 10, and 20 class packages have expiration dates (6 months for 5 packs and 12 months for 10 and 20 packs). Please make sure you check your expiration date and use your pack within your active pass period. If you need to extend your expiration due to injury or illness, please contact us.

Class packs cannot be transferred to friends, family members or guests of any sort.

Using Your Pass

All of our memberships and class packages can be used to book any class on the schedule unless otherwise specified. We do not offer yoga, strength, or cycle specific passes. All membership and pack holders have access to book classes 2 weeks ahead of the current date.
