Mountain bike training series: March 18 - April 18, 2024

This 5-week series is designed to build your strength, endurance, power, stability, and speed so you are ready to ride when the trails are dry. Using personalized power metrics, and function-focused bike drills, this cycle-based training will elevate your athleticism from road to trail rides. Each training session will push you harder than the last, and each week of training will introduce you to new training challenges and strength drills.

Supplement your cycle training with additional strength and yoga classes (included in the cost of the series) to experience a comprehensive training experience.

Training will be held twice weekly:

Monday at 7:30am: this will be a 60 minute session with 45 minutes of cycle and 15 minutes of focused core and stability strength work.

Thursday at 5:30pm: this will be a 45 minute session focusing exclusively on cycle training.

The Details:

This seasonal training series will be led by Cat Widner and Zoe Perkins. Enrollment in the series gives you access to 5 weeks of exclusive training, which includes:

  • 2 weekly CYCLE-based training sessions (M 7:30am, TH 5:30pm)

  • 1 additional STRENGTH class (book a class from our weekly offerings that fits your schedule)

  • 1 additional YOGA class (book a class from our weekly offerings that fits your schedule

  • Mondays 7:30 - 8:30am

    Thursdays 5:30-6:15pm

  • Enrollment in this series gives you access to 10 exclusive training classes (2 classes per week for 5 weeks), as well as 2 additional classes each week (one STRENGTH and one YOGA, which you can select from our standard weekly schedule to fit your needs). There will be no drop in attendance allowed in the series.

  • Upon enrollment you will be automatically signed up for the weekly mountain bike training classes, and your account will be credited with 10 yoga passes for you to use to sign up for those classes at your choosing.

    There will be no penalty, and no refunds if you are unable to attend a class within the series. There will not be any make-up classes or credits offered if you miss a class.

    The enrollment fee is a one time charge for the series as a whole and we encourage you to attend all training classes in order to make the most of the series. No refunds for the enrollment fee once the series has begun.

Pricing Options:

  • Base Training - $225 (includes 2 training rides/week)

  • Complete Training - $360 (includes 2 training rides, 1 strength & 1 yoga/week)

Membership Discount: active membership holders can register for $200 — please email us to sign up at this rate. Membership must remain active the duration of the series to qualify for this pricing.

There are only 19 spots available in this training series. Participants must sign up ahead of time to participate. Registration will close on Wednesday March 13th - sign up now to save your spot. Registration fees for this series are non-refundable.
