“Hands-down, THE BEST studio in Salt Lake City. The owner of Seek, Sarah Betts, has built a community that's inclusive, uplifting, and fun. The classes are dynamic and the teachers build thoughtful sequencing and safe alignment into every experience. It's obvious from the moment you step into the light-filled, beautiful space that this is a studio focused on health and vibrance. Seek also offers slow, relaxing classes and they have seasonal workshops for folks who like taking their workouts outside. Go to Seek. You will leave sweaty and smiling.”

“Seek is a fantastic local fitness studio. I'm so glad I tried it out when I moved to SLC a few months ago. Now I'm hooked! The instructors are amazing, the classes are fun and challenging, and the community is friendly and supportive. Highly recommended!”

— Alex M.

“Very inclusive environment, great instructors. And at the most reasonable price. I LOVED this gym.”

— K.M.

"I found SEEK through their winter conditioning programs and saw how the emphasis on functional fitness, conditioning, and flexibility left me better equipped for ski season, but also more resilient to the injuries that can come along with it. And although I've also noticed improvements in mountain biking, climbing, and trail running, I've stuck around for the great community and culture that SEEK embodies. Whether you're a seasoned gym rat or brand-new to structured training, SEEK's skilled, enthusiastic instructors will set you up for success with organized, adaptable, efficient workouts to support you in meeting your fitness goals.

"Seek Studio is a truly wonderful and welcoming space, where anyone can come to improve their body and spirit through the incredible programs offered by the team. It is hands down my happy place and has been for so many years. I am at my best after putting in the work at Seek with the amazing team who push us each and every day to be better! I can't thank them enough!!"

- Nick T.

“I’ve taken classes all over Salt Lake City and Seek Studio is truly the best. It’s easy to access/park, friendly/quick check-in, the classes are intentional and challenging, and everyone on staff is kind and helpful. I’m also impressed how seriously they’re taking cleaning and social distancing during the pandemic, unlike a few other studios I’ve visited this year.”

THE Nitty Gritty

All the basic, need to know details about taking our classes and joining our studio community.

    1. Browse our live schedule.

    2. Sign up for the class you want to take ahead of time. We cannot guarantee you a space in class unless you have signed up.

    3. If the class you are trying to sign up for says “full” we cannot accommodate you in that class.

    4. If the class you are signing up for says “waitlist” you can reserve a spot on the waitlist and will be notified by email if you are moved into class. We highly recommend you snag waitlist spots - they very often result in class spots!

    5. Show up on time. NEW clients are asked to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their first class so we have time to ensure you are familiar with our equipment. If a new client is not present and ready to be set up for class at least 2 minutes prior to class, they will not be permitted to attend class. This policy ensures we can safely set up new clients on our equipment.

    6. No late arrivals permitted for any new or existing client. We understand this can be challenging and ask that you please plan ahead and consider the importance of starting class on time with your equipment set up properly.

    7. Understand our late cancellation and no show fee policies.

  • We suggest you bring a water bottle to every class! We have a purified water fountain to fill your bottle on site.

For yoga, please bring a mat if you have one. We mats for rent for $2 if you do not have your own.

For strength classes, please bring appropriate athletic shoes and attire. No mat needed.

For cycle classes, please bring your own SPD compatible cycling shoes if you have them. We provide free cycle shoes if you don’t have your own.

  • If you cannot make it to class, please cancel your reservation at least 6 hours ahead of time for all classes after 9am, and 12 hours ahead of time for all classes that begin before 9am. Cancellations within 6 hours of your reserved class will result in a late cancellation fee of $10.

If you are feeling sick or have other justified circumstances for your late cancellation we will forgive your late cancellation fee - just text or email us with a short explanation so we can open your space for another student and make note of your exemption.

  • We do not offer free first time passes. However, we have a couple great deals on passes for first time clients!

New clients can access their first 10 days of unlimited classes for $30 or their first 30 days of unlimited classes for $75.

Both of the above passes are on a consecutive day setup and start the first day of use so go ahead and purchase a pass, sign up for classes in the future, and enjoy your first SEEK experience!

Visit our passes page here to purchase.

  • We offer 3 main class types: yoga, strength training, and indoor cycling. Our strength training and indoor cycling classes are challenging workouts but are designed to meet you where you are, and can be taken by beginners to advanced athletes alike. You can adjust your own weights, cycling resistance, and general workout intensity based on your own needs.

Our yoga classes range in level. We suggest beginners start with our mellower classes including, Roll + Restore, and FLOW: Steady. More advanced yoga practitioners may enjoy our FLOW: strong classes. We do not suggest this class for beginners.

We suggest you read the class descriptions available in our online schedule as well. Each class has a “level” noted in the description and classes with any prerequisite requirements will be adequately marked.
