Originally from Sun Valley, Idaho, Michele has spent the last 4 years in Salt Lake City as the Head Distance Swim Coach at the University of Utah.  A former Division I swimmer for the University of Denver, Michele's swimming accomplishments include NCAA Academic All-American, Team Captain, MVP, World Championships Trials qualifier, US National Open Water qualifier, and multi-time school record holder.  Her passion for the sport of swimming led her to becoming a graduate assistant swim coach at the University of North Texas where she got her Masters in Higher Education and decided to pursue coaching as a career.  In 2013, she accepted a coaching job with the Utes and has recently been heavily involved with USA Swimming Open Water. When she is not coaching, Michele spends as much time as she can playing in the mountains.  Whether it's snowboarding, touring, nordic skiing, snowshoeing, mountain biking, swimming, or trail running, Michele makes it her mission to continuously challenge herself.  Doing all of the above with her amazing group of friends and family makes her the happiest (and of course coming home at night to her cat, Miko).  Her newest endeavor is training and competing in XTERRA triathlons and she is looking forward to working with multi-sport athletes Michele's signature class, Sports Conditioning, allows her to pull her background as a collegiate athlete and combine it with a fun and challenging atmosphere.  This total body workout leaves her students sweaty and smiling!

Kate, originally from Maine, fell in love with the outdoors at a very young age.  She moved to Salt Lake City in 2009 to ski the Wasatch, and adventure in the vast public lands of Utah.  She found yoga in 2013, and hasn’t looked back.  What began as a great complimentary fitness routine to the skiing and mountain biking she loves so much, quickly transformed into a life changing practice.  She completed her 200 RYT Training in the summer of 2016 with CorePower Yoga, and has discovered teaching to be one of the most fulfilling aspects of her life.  Along with the amazing physical benefits of yoga Kate fell in love with the sense of peace, connection, and balance it cultivated in her life both on and off her mat.

Sheri has been passionate about exercise and fitness her entire life. Before beginning her journey into yoga, she stayed fit with a variety of cardio-vascular exercises and weight training. Her passion for physical fitness led her to become an aerobics instructor (specializing in cycling classes) and a personal trainer.   For many years Sheri knew she needed to incorporate stretching and strengthening into her routine, but could not find a yoga format she loved...until she discovered power vinyasa flow. She completed her 200-hour Teacher Training in 2010, is a 200-RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance), and is a Certified Budokon yoga instructor (which is a blend of power yoga and martial arts) and TRX. Sheri teaches yoga as part of her career as a life coach and enjoys sharing her passion and knowledge with her students.   Sheri has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration - Marketing, and a Master of Arts in Transpersonal Psychology.   She moved to Park City in 2015 with her husband, Tom, after they became “empty nesters.” Sheri is an Intuitive Life Coach and a writer, and can be seen skiing, running, biking, lifting weights and hiking.
