Vinyasa yoga meets functional fitness - this class unites classic flow yoga sequences with powerful strength-building moves to create a unique balance of strength, agility, endurance, flexibility, and mindfulness. Come prepared for a high-energy class, an up-beat playlist, a good sweat, and some poses for tight hips, hamstrings and backs to complete your practice. 


Seek's classic yoga class - a flow-style class with unique layered sequencing set to an up-beat playlist. This class is designed to build heat and energy in the body through mindful flowing movements and strong stability sequences before dropping you into a cooling sequence of deep stretching and moving meditation. If you're just here for the yoga, this class is your jam!


A powerful blend of fast flowing vinyasa, deep stretching, and complete stillness. This class will work you until you're more than ready for total relaxation. Start with 40 minutes of heat-building, sweat-dripping, muscle-working flow, then drop deep into your body as you soften into opening stretches. This class ends with a longer savasana than most, with 8-10 minutes of stillness, breath, and meditation time for you to be here with you!


The yoga class to remedy your week and jumpstart your weekend. Good vibes, good beats, and a sweaty flow will fix just about anything. Come prepared for a high-energy vinyasa flow, an up-beat playlist (if you're looking for quiet yoga tunes, this is not your class), a good sweat, and some deep stretching to complete your week. Flow + Fly 

A flow style class designed to strengthen the body for arm balance postures! This 60 minute class will incorporate a vinyasa sequence that includes techniques and tools to balance on our hands. This class is intended to be challenging, but will also provide the body flexibility and mindfulness. *We encourage you to take Seek Flow and Athletic Flow before taking this class.*




A fusion of yoga, TRX, and body-weight workout. This class offers a kick-ass TRX workout with a little hint of zen to send you on your way feeling strong, calm, and ready to take on the world. 

Functional Training Circuits 

Get your body ready for athletic and outdoor adventures. This class combines power, stability, mobility, and endurance exercises in a circuit-style format. Each class will push you through a challenging workout designed to strengthen and train your entire body.

Seek's unique full-body strength and conditioning class designed to get you sweaty, strong, and that good-kind-of-tired. This class incorporates body weight, free weight, power, and cardio exercises melded together to work you from head to toe while building functional strength for your daily life. Wrap it all up with a sun salutation or two, and a well-deserved stretch session and you'll be ready to change the world. Loud beats and good vibes are always included!

Train strong

A small-group-style functional training series where you'll get an individualized workout that helps you reach your training and athletic goals. Want to run faster, bike harder, come back from an injury, or leave that fitness plateau behind? This is your jam! You will perform exercises that encompass everyday movements, focusing on speed, agility, range of motion, and core strength. Challenge yourself with this high intensity class and show yourself your physical and mental strength.
