Vinyasa yoga meets functional fitness - this class unites classic flow yoga sequences with body weight resistance training (think pushups, mountain climbers, squats, and core work) to create a unique balance of strength, agility, endurance, flexibility, and mindfulness. Come prepared for a high-energy class, an up-beat playlist, a good sweat, and some deep stretching to complete your practice.
POWER TO THE ZEN
A powerful blend of fast flowing vinyasa, deep stretching, and complete stillness. This class will work you until you're more than ready for total relaxation. Start with 40 minutes of heat-building, sweat-dripping, muscle-working flow, then drop deep into your body as you soften into opening stretches. This class ends with a longer savasana than most, with 8-10 minutes of stillness, breath, and time for you to be here with you!

Seek's signature strength class designed to build total body strength, flexibility and endurance using free weights and body weight exercises. Short intervals, or "aerobic bursts" will challenge your cardiovascular system. Each class will include core specific exercises to serve as a strong foundation for all activities. This is not a yoga class, but a handful of yoga movements and techniques will be incorporated to build flexibility and mindfulness as you train your body. Come prepared for a good sweat and great time!

A cardio-focused fitness class designed to get you sweaty, strong, and that good-kind-of-tired. This class incorporates body weight and cardio exercises (no weights) melded together to work your full body while building functional strength for your daily life. Loud beats and good vibes are always included!
Power & Stability - TRX Training
This class incorporates TRX, body weight resistance exercises, and cardiovascular training to build power and stability in your body. Functional fitness techniques and low-impact exercises using the TRX straps make this a great cross-training class, as well as an ideal class for toning and strengthening the entire body.
Co-taught by Erin and Sarah, this class is an expanded version of our regular TRX class. It is organized in a circuit style and offers a sweaty, challenging, full body workout. You'll start with 10 minutes of outdoor cardio when weather permits (run, sprint, jack, jog etc. in the sunshine just outside the studio). Then head indoors for a strength, agility, and stability workout as you cycle through TRX, free weight, and body-weight exercises.
