Join us for the final event in the #SEEKLOVE challenge! The Triathlon will feature a signature class from each of SEEK's CYCLE + FLOW + TRAIN components. You'll start with a sweaty workout combo: 20 minutes on the bike in our Revolution Cycle class and 20 minutes working full body strength in Seek Sweat. We'll unite for the third leg of the triathlon on our mat for a stretchy and well deserved flow. No one wins - everyone benefits! Costumes/outfits/all the pride you have are highly encouraged!
