Partner Yoga: Challenge Your Practice Together

Some things are just easier with a little help from your friends! In this workshop-style class we will use partner work to help you explore challenging poses like handstands and backbends with the support of another set of hands. Then you and your partner will help each other stretch and deepen some restorative poses to wrap it all up.

This will be a playful and engaging class led by Emily Ellis and Sarah Betts and is open to all levels. Bring a partner - friend, love, colleague or otherwise!

Cost is $30/per group - one registration will pay for and count as two spots in class!
