Join us on the first Thursday of every month for a workshop-style class, focused on myofascial release and restorative poses designed to help relieve chronic pain, stress, and tension in your body. Myofascial work, for newbies to this technique, uses a tennis ball and some self-massage techniques to apply sustained pressure to deep connective tissue in order to help restore blood flow and mobility to the area.
You'll leave this class feeling massaged from the inside out, and totally rejuvenated. Athletes of all types will benefit greatly from this class, as well as anyone with specific areas of tightness or pain.
