This is an all levels workshop for anyone wanting to deepen their practice (yoga and beyond!) with a better understanding of arm balancing postures. We will take a look at useful techniques to strengthen and prepare the body for these challenging, yet invigorating poses! Modifications will be given as necessary, and other variations will be offered for intermediate practitioners. We'll practice multiple arm balances and have plenty of time for discussion.
