Join us for a pre-feast sweat session before your festivities begin. A quick 30 minute total body workout, this class will get you strong, sweaty, and ready for a day with family and friends. We'll use weights, bands, and body weight movements, and cardio bursts to work you from head to toe. Please bring your mat - no shoes required.
In celebration of Thanksgiving this will be a donation-based class. All proceeds will go the Road Home and the YWCA of Salt Lake.
