The Roots: Intro to Yoga

New to yoga? Feeling lost in our faster-flowing classes? Want to take a little time to truly learn the core poses of a vinyasa flow?

This new class is your jam!

Called “The Roots,” this intro class is a slower and softer version of the yoga classes we offer, but it will still get you strong and sweaty! It is great practice for those who are NEW to yoga looking to focus on the roots of yoga postures and breathing techniques. We also encourage all you experienced practitioners out there to join us to hone in on your yoga skills. We will break down complicated poses like chaturanga, strengthen muscles you didn’t know you had, and get you nice and bendy so you can get out there and conquer life!

Join us on Sundays from 3-4pm for the next 6 weeks.
