SEEK FLOW

Seek's classic yoga class - a flow-style class with unique layered sequencing set to an up-beat playlist. This class is designed to build heat and energy in the body through mindful flowing movements and strong stability sequences before dropping you into a cooling sequence of deep stretching and relaxation. If you're just here for the yoga, this class is your jam!

ATHLETIC FLOW

Vinyasa yoga meets functional fitness - this class unites classic flow yoga sequences with body weight resistance training (think pushups, mountain climbers, squats, and core work) to create a unique balance of strength, agility, endurance, flexibility, and mindfulness. Come prepared for a high-energy class, an up-beat playlist, a good sweat, and some deep stretching to complete your practice. 

POWER TO THE ZEN

A powerful blend of fast flowing vinyasa, deep stretching, and complete stillness. This class will work you until you're more than ready for total relaxation. Start with 40 minutes of heat-building, sweat-dripping, muscle-working flow, then drop deep into your body as you soften into opening stretches. This class ends with a longer savasana than most, with 8-10 minutes of stillness, breath, and time for you to be here with you!

THE ANTIDOTE

The yoga class to remedy your week and jumpstart your weekend. Good vibes, good beats, and a sweaty flow will fix just about anything. Come prepared for a high-energy vinyasa flow, an up-beat playlist (if you're looking for quiet yoga tunes, this is not your class), a good sweat, and some deep stretching to complete your week. Stress less, flow more!

Chill Out

In need of a little peace and quiet amidst your wild week? Chill Out is designed to give your body and mind a deep stretch and some much needed time to heal and restore. This class incorporates gentle and modified sun salutations to warm the body, then settles you into longer holds and mindful breath-work designed to release tension, create space, and alleviate pain throughout the body. Your hard-working body deserves this class - the perfect compliment to rigorous activities in your daily life.

GET LIFTED

A fusion of yoga, TRX, and body-weight exercises. This class offers a kick-ass morning workout with a little hint of zen to send you into your day feeling strong, calm, and ready to take on the world. 

WINTER CONDITIONING*

Get your body ready for winter in this special conditioning series. A combination of power, stability, mobility, and endurance exercises will prepare you for big adventures on snow. Each class will push you through a circuit-style workout designed to challenge your entire body. Wrap up each workout with strength, power, and agility tests to measure your progress as the snow starts to fall.

This class offers an advanced workout and is geared toward winter outdoor adventure enthusiasts. However, if you're not into those cold-weather activities and are looking for a great level-up in your workout, this is the class for you!

Seek's unique full-body strength and conditioning class designed to get you sweaty, strong, and that good-kind-of-tired. This class incorporates body weight, free weight, power, and cardio exercises melded together to work you from head to toe while building functional strength for your daily life. Wrap it all up with a sun salutation or two, and a well-deserved stretch session and you'll be ready to change the world. Loud beats and good vibes are always included!

THE WEAK ENDER*

End your week and end your weakness with this short and upbeat class that combines cardio, free weights, and body-weight exercises to provide a quick and sweaty full body workout before you head to happy hour. You can do anything for 30 minutes right? Drop in for just $10 or use any class pass or membership.
