Mondays: 7:00-8:00am & Wednesdays 6:15-7:15pm - Starting OCTOBER 1st!

Get your body ready for winter in this special conditioning series. A combination of power, stability, mobility, and endurance exercises will prepare you for big adventures on snow. Each class will push you through a circuit-style workout designed to challenge your entire body. Expect to be pushed with longer sets, more reps and heavier weights each week as you get stronger! 

This class offers an advanced workout and is geared toward outdoor adventure enthusiasts. However, if you're not into those cold-weather sports and are just looking for a great level-up in your workout, this is the class for you!

Due to the structure and exercises incorporated, this class is open to individuals physically prepared for an intermediate to advanced level workout. If you're not quite there yet, SEEK has tons of other great strength and conditioning classes for you!
